Our mobile fabrication unit is a fully enclosed cargo trailer housing a Zimmerman NS1000 Twin Pan Former roll-forming machine. We bring the factory to your job site — producing hidden fastener standing seam panels on location, cut to your exact specifications.

HOW IT OPERATES
Roll-up door lifts to form a canopy. Panels exit the machine and feed onto the run-out table at a consistent height.
Passenger-side doors open for forklift access. Steel coil spools are loaded directly onto the machine's uncoiler.

Our enclosed cargo trailer houses the complete roll-forming operation — machine, coil stock, generator, and tooling. We arrive ready to produce. No setup delays, no external power requirements, no weather interruptions.
